Have you heard of the Form Inbox Follow Up Automation?
This built in automation sits within the ServiceM8 Automations add-on and allows you to monitor specific forms for specific answers to questions.
When it spots that answer to that question on a completed Form, it’ll send a note to the ServiceM8 inbox to let you and your team know.
A great example of when this would be useful is if you’re using my bestselling Job Completion Report form.
If the answer to the question ‘Is a callback required’ = Yes, you could set up the form inbox automation to notify the team.
They’ll then know which jobs they need to follow up and call back.
To do this, make sure you have the ServiceM8 Automations add-on switched on.
Go to Account > Settings > Automations > New Automation > Form Inbox Follow Up and work through the steps.
