This Commissioning of Water Pipework form can be used within ServiceM8 to create Commissioning of Water Pipework reports on the go.
Use the ServiceM8 app to create your servicing or commissioning record on site and then email or print the finished PDF form to send directly to your customer. This form should be completed in accordance with the current requirement of BS 67000/BS 8558 and relevant Water Supply Regulations.
This form allows you record the information on four pressure tests, with remedial work fields for each. Keep a record of the location, type, make and model of up to four appliances.
Bespoke certificates
The certificate design is personalised with your company logo and details and automatically fills in the customer’s name and address, enabling you to create branded commissioning reports in less time than if you were to use a printed record pad.
No internet connection – No problem!
Engineers don’t need to have internet access to record all of the details – just complete the Commissioning of Water Pipework form on the app as normal and the final certificate can be generated once the engineer regains signal, or from the office
