Proposals are a new alternative to sending Quotes. They allow you to provide your customers with a range of options and different quotes in one. They can choose between different ‘packages’ or tiers of work you offer and also allow them to choose from a list of optional extras. They can then build their own quote which changes the question from ‘Should I go ahead with this work?’ to ‘Which option(s) should I choose?’
As a result of this, you’re likely to see an increased ‘win’ rate. ServiceM8 will also then tell you the percentage of people who accept your Proposals.

How is it done?
You send me examples of your existing quote and I’ll use that, along with any accreditation logos or elements from your website to create your ServiceM8 Proposal template.
