I’ll add an eSignature requirement to your ServiceM8 quote template or ServiceM8 Form, so that when you produce a quote/form and send it to your client, they’re automatically asked for their signature to accept.
This also works for on-site signatures – if you need the customer to review the completed form, BEFORE they sign, setting your form up for an eSignature will allow them to review the completed form and then sign it on site via your iPhone or iPad.
**Update for September 2024 – this is also REQUIRED if you want to start taking Deposits.
Once signed, the updated PDF will be available in the job Diary.
