Description

Portable Fire Extinguisher Report Form can be used within ServiceM8. The form allows you to includes details of up to 25 extinguishers, capturing details such as location, type, extinguisher number and capacity. Each extinguisher also has a comments section allowing you to record any additional information.

Record the outcome of your checks giving each extinguisher a pass or fail result and mark the date the extinguisher next needs to be tested.

Use the ServiceM8 app to create your Portable Fire Extinguisher Report on site and then email or print the finished PDF form to send directly to your customer.

No internet connection – No problem!
