Considering a rebrand?
If you change your company logo in your ServiceM8 account, and you’re still using the default quote and invoice templates that ServiceM8 provided, you can update these templates with your new logo automatically.
See instructions here –
Refreshing a template to include an updated logo
ServiceM8 automatically updated built-in templates if you added a logo when you initially set up your account, but you’ll need to refresh your templates if you add or replace a logo after setup.
Once you have uploaded a new logo, to refresh your templates:
From your Online Dashboard, go to Settings > Document Templates.
- Select the template type you want to refresh (e.g., Invoice or Quote). You will see your current template with the old logo (or no logo if you hadn’t uploaded one yet).
- Click Next Template.

Your current template will appear with your updated logo. Click Use this template.

Your template will now be refreshed to contain your updated logo. Repeat this process for any other templates that need refreshing.
However, if you’ve customised, or paid a ServiceM8 Partner to customise your quote, invoice and work order templates, then you’ll still need to manually change it on those templates, as well as any and all forms.
Got a new company logo? Gained an accreditation? Has a logo been changed by the creator? Used the ServiceM8 form store and want your company logo to look better?
If any of these apply to you, I can help!
