ServiceM8 Online now allows for multiple, tickable checklists, so that your office team can use and work through them.
You can also drag and drop to change not only the order of items on a checklist, but also drag and drop the checklists themselves.
You can use checklists for different stages of a job, different people’s tasks, different rooms or areas within a job, before, during and after the work that’s needed, for office staff, call handlers, and your field engineers can use these checklists on the app.
Each ticked item shows who ticked it and when they did so on the job diary.
I now use them as a way to properly brief the work that needs to be done, step-by-step, so that every element is accounted for and completed.
I’ve also added checklists to my ServiceM8 job templates, so I don’t have to re-write them every time.
Are you making the most of the new version of checklists?
How do you use them?
