Do you have a document or set of documents that you need to attach to a particular email?
ServiceM8 makes this easy with their attachment option on Email Templates.
You may have insurance documents you need to send with a work confirmation email, or terms and conditions you want to send with a quote email.
To use this feature, go to Account > Settings > Email Templates > Edit Email Template > Attachment > New Attachment
Extra tip – try to make sure your attached files are as small (filesize) as possible, so that your email will still send successfully.
