ServiceM8 Tips

Create a generic ‘item’ reporting form

You can use a generic ServiceM8 form to record issues, faults, recommendations and more.

Include rows that show a photo, a title for the photo and a description of the item or issue.

You can also include a few basic customer details at the top of the form, such as the customer name and job address.

Brand it up with your company details to have a flexible single ServiceM8 form that can be used for any number of situations.

Have you done this? What would you use your own item reporting form for?
