As a team that regularly works with and builds custom forms, Jonathan and I were delighted to see the latest updates to how you can edit completed ServiceM8 forms.
Instead of only being able to edit ‘free text’ fields, you can now edit any and every field on a form.
This is perfect for when you’re testing a new form, or perhaps another member of staff has chosen the wrong answer to a multiple choice question.
Bear in mind, however, that signatures are still removed from edited forms. This does make sense as your engineer and customer can’t agree to edits they’ve not seen.
