Prior to the 2024 ServiceM8 update, when a partial invoice was generated, the invoice amount was shown in the note on the job diary for all staff to see, whether you wanted them to see pricing updates or not.
This lead a lot of companies to hide parts of the job diary from staff that prevented them from seeing other, useful, updates.
But no more!
ServiceM8 have removed the invoice’s value from the auto-generated Note.
So you can now allow staff to see more information about a job without the fear of them also seeing invoice information.
