When you’ve drafted text, or ServiceM8 has drafted it for you, you can improve specific sections without rewriting everything.
Simply highlight the sentence or paragraph you want to change with your mouse cursor and use the Smart Writing Helper.
This is possible in the Online version of ServiceM8, in the following areas:
For example, to make a sentence shorter in an email, simply highlight the text, click the dropdown menu, and select ‘Shorten’:
