The final 2023 update that was announced was the new ServiceM8 chat feature – an American-sounding AI assistant that you can use directly within the ServiceM8 app.
Following the initial launch, I noticed that they’ve placed a shortcut to ‘Mr ServiceM8’ (as I’m calling him) in the job actions bar.
I would imagine they’ve done this to make it easier for you to access, and probably to remind you that it exists!
If you don’t want this to be one of the main actions available on each job, you can edit this bar and remove the Chat feature.
This means it’ll still be available to you, but not in the job actions bar at the bottom of every job.
