September 2024’s major ServiceM8 update gave us a raft of new features, including the option to add multiple, nameable checklists to job cards.
So why not review your job templates to include more checklists as standard?
Want to add a checklist for ‘starting a job’ process? How about another checklist for closing down every job or completing a visit?
Perhaps your office staff need to do different things when different types of job are completed? Add these tasks to a job completed checklist so that they’re not missed.
And if you add these checklists to your job templates, you don’t endlessly have to re-type them on every job you create.
