If you’ve tried to use the ‘pick up keys’ badge previously, you may have found that it constantly got missed by your team – badges on the app were right down at the bottom of the job card.
Now, since the September 2024 update, badges are now right at the top of the job card, meaning that you can highlight important bits of information and trust that your team will see them.
