Use the Client Diary to view notes for that client across ALL of their jobs

Want to show information for a particular client across all of their jobs? Use the Client Diary!

Let’s say you have a SLA (service level agreement) with a letting agent you work with – record those details on that client’s diary and it’ll show the note on ALL jobs you do for that client.

There are two ways to do this – go to the client record (Account > Clients) and add the note, document or photo directly to the Client Diary.

Or, add a note to the Job Diary, then hover over that note and choose the option ‘save to Client Diary’

If you’re using the Client Sites add-on, this also works.

Notes on the Client Diary are added to all jobs for that client across all jobs at all sites. Think service level agreements and property management details.

Notes added to the Site Diary are added to all jobs at that site. Think access codes and details of dangerous pets.
