Here are a few ideas for how you can get the most out of ServiceM8 when you’re tackling larger projects.
Firstly remember that –
- you can book as many appointments in as often as you need
- you can book all-day appointments and have them span weeks.
Next, you can utilise various features.. consider –
- creating a work in progress ServiceM8 form that your team can fill out at the end of every day
- using job queues well to manage the stages within the larger / longer project
- use partial invoicing to request staged payments – ie send an invoice after first fix, second fix etc
- use @mentions to notify the right people at the right time
- using the supplier invoice import to have supplier invoice be attached directly to jobs automatically
