#TipTuesday – What happens to a job in a queue when quote is accepted?
When you send quotes from ServiceM8, if you include the link for the customer to view online, your customer can accept the quote online.
When they do this, the job used to drop out of the job queue, but now, the job will change from quote to work order status automatically.
It’ll still show in the job queue (as ‘expired’), but will be flagged as ‘due for review’ and it’ll appear in your Action Required list to indicate that the customer has accepted the job online and you now need to book the work in.
